Engr. E.A. Adetifa
Engr. Ebenezer Adetifa earned his degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Ibadan over 38 years ago.
He is a highly accomplished oil and gas executive with more than three decades of experience in well engineering, drilling, and completion operations.
He has held senior leadership roles at major oil companies including Chevron, Texaco, and Shell, where he managed large-scale projects and multi-billion-dollar joint ventures.
As Joint Venture Relations Manager at Chevron, he oversaw a $3 billion NNPC/Chevron Joint Venture budget, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely project approvals.
Earlier, as Senior Drilling Representative (Well Site Manager) at ChevronTexaco, he supervised the drilling and completion of over 40 wells across onshore, offshore, and swamp locations.
He currently serves as Chairman and Managing Director of Value Plus Hydrocarbon Nigeria Limited, leading well engineering design and project management initiatives.
He previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Havilah Energy, overseeing asset development and production optimization.
Beyond the oil and gas sector, Engr. Adetifa is Chairman and Managing Director of FelEben Schools and Educational Services, a growing day and boarding school in Lekki, Lagos. He is also the owner of Abundant of God Farms, an agro-allied enterprise in Oyo State, reflecting his commitment to food security and agricultural development.
He is widely recognized for his expertise in drilling performance management, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring. His strong leadership and technical acumen have consistently delivered projects on schedule and within budget, earning him multiple awards from Chevron Texaco management.
