Mrs. Evi Rachel Ifekwe is a seasoned HR professional with over 30 years of international, multi-sector, and multicultural experience, including more than 25 years in the Oil & Gas industry in Nigeria and France.

She has successfully led projects and delivered strategic initiatives in Learning and Talent Development, HR Strategy & Organizational Design, Resourcing, Performance Management, and Reward.

She currently serves as Non-Executive Director at FIN Insurance Limited and is a Board member of the award-winning NGO, Health Emergency Initiative (H.E.I.).

Previously, as Executive Director, People & Country Services at TotalEnergies EP Nigeria Limited (TEPNG), she oversaw People, Communication, CSR, and Medical functions and chaired the IPES (UniPort) Governing Council as well as TEPNG’s Closed Pension Fund Company.

Earlier in her career, Evi worked in France as HR Business Partner for Business Development Managers and later as Global Recruiter at Total S.A. Group Headquarters in Paris. She is a Certified Trainer and Coach and actively volunteers for multiple NGOs in Nigeria.
